Dispatch & Timing

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 12:00 PM (Midday) Monday – Friday, and we will bake and dispatch your cookies the very same day.

  • Delivery Aims: Most orders are sent via tracked services to arrive the following day, ensuring maximum freshness.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday to ensure your cookies aren't sitting in a sorting office over the Sunday break.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

We follow the schedule of our courier partners. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on UK Bank Holidays but will be processed the next working day.

What if I’m not home?

Our boxes are designed to be as compact as possible, but because some of our cookies are "Deep Dish" and chunky, they will not fit through a standard letterbox. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can receive them, or specifying a "Safe Place" with the courier.
